Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve offers the possibility of cycling through the Park. You can combine the pleasure of cycling with the discovery of the Park. Enjoy cycling along the trails of the underbrush and the sheep tracks crossing the centuries-old olive groves. Cycling gives you the opportunity to see all aspects of the Park which may be too far to include in a walk. The trails can be covered in three hours and you can hire the bikes on the spot.

In recent years Puglia has increased forms of sustainable transport to reduce energy consumption and enhance the territory of Puglia. As a result of this a network of cycle paths has been built and is continually being extended. In the Brindisi region the cycle path network is divided into distinct colour coded zones :
- Il Limitone dei Greci (yellow) from Lendinuso to San Miserino, 26km.
- La Via dei Pelligrini ( green) starting and ending in Oria, a round trip of 30km.
- La Via dei Normanni (blue) The Norman Way from Brindisi to San Michele Salentino, 60km 

There are also designated cycle routes in the Lecce region, and Casalabate is in the middle of one of these routes.

For the less adventurous part of the yellow cycle trail will take you from the Lendinuso / Torchiarolo cross roads into Torchiarolo through the Olive Groves. It is also possible to cycle from Casalabate into Torchiarolo through the Olive Groves.
